Another of the great things that I love about Back to School Mini Sessions is being the mom that has been there. Last year was my Sophie’s first year of kindergarten. I know how scary it can be! The past few years it has been them and you. Buddies, play friends, talks over lunch, snuggles in the evenings and mornings… It is seriously hard on us parents. But we celebrate these accomplishments with them. They are going down the start of their paths. They will have a few bumps and bruises along the way. That is going to happen. But in my opinion bumps and hiccups only happen so that we learn. And learning isn’t only about books and reading and math… learning is being there and doing what you do…
