Photography can be so serious a lot of the time. I had an entire blog post written for Thursday Tips & Tricks yesterday. It was pretty good. Then before school this morning it started snowing. And you see, anywhere else that might be normal but in Texas?!?!? No, this called for celebration. All work came to a halt and I decided it was time for a little fun. So we waited to see if the weather would continue… I posted a snow picture to my Instagram account and one of my awesome northern friends said “where’s the snow” lol! After a few hours it was real snow. Well, real Texas snow 😉

(and note #2 – She is wearing 1 pair of leggings, 1 pair of fuzzy leggings, 1 pair of thermals, 1 thermal shirt, 1 regular shirt and a dress… not to mention hand warmers… just so you don’t think I am *that* awful a parent 😉 )

Sophie is obsessed with all things Frozen! At first she wanted an Elsa costume… then an Olaf costume… no, an Elsa 😉 Love this girl! And her singing of Let it Go outside in the snow! So what is the point today? What is the tip?? What is the trick?? Sometimes you have to forget all the photography stuff going on and just go out and have fun! That is what it is all about right?
