It is my turn again.
I am not sure how I feel about it either. Yesterday was her first day of school. Her last first day. Her last… LAST time that I will be able to get that morning snapshot of her before she left for school. I’ll be honest, having her all to ourselves after her brother went to college has me feeling all the feels a little deeper. Also because she is our baby. All of these upcoming ‘lasts’ in high school are really finally here.
I’ll say a little prayer for all of your kiddos whether they are in school, homeschool, or even off at college. Parenting really does need our villages. And I am glad to be a part of yours.
