Sometimes it is hard to see your children as growing up. Jackson is 7. He is about to start second grade. It is getting increasingly difficult for me to capture beautiful images of him without silly or bored faces. (Yes, even photographer parents have a hard time photographing their own children)
Yesterday I asked him to pose for me for this weeks I Heart Faces challenge.
He rolled his eyes and sighed.
But then I told him he was going to try to spray the hose at me in his dad’s fire gear.
Funny, how he seemed to jump out of his chair and run to the door 🙂
Here is Scott helping him with his helmet. I often wonder how tall Jack will be. He is almost to his dad’s shoulders at 7!
